Return Policy

Returns are accepted, as all of our UK shipment are free, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

You have 30 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to the seller.

Processing time

Usually, we dispatch all items within 2-3 working days, we use EVRI courier for both domestic and international shipments. For urgent orders please request for next day delivery service which may incur additional cost of £4 for UK orders, for international orders additional cost may vary.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
